不想读书，因为看了都读不进去！
看到同班同学们读的7788了，
Nclex queation 也差不多做完了，
我还是站在那里动也不动！
懒啊。。
我都会给自己很多借口，
上课累了，需要休息。。
看看电视，online。。
不然就是睡觉。。
不过都睡的不安宁·，
还有就是说家里很吵，不能读书！
这些都让我感到惭愧。。

Recently,do not know what happen to me.i'm anxious.
I need to keep myself alert and careful all the time,
~b'cau i scare i will said wrong thing..
sometimes i really depress,
~i do not like this feeling at all..
do not know what/how to do..
~everything i did also wrong,
b'cau sure will be commented by others..
i really lost,
~i'm have try to do all my best..
honourly i didn't hurt anyone,
can somebody tell me what wrong with me??

i try to keep myself calm,
don't want to think about it,
but i can't..it;s out of my control...

Today is my last 2nd day posting to ER,GH...
i have a lots of thing happen to me,just want to write out to relieve feeling now!
some are very interesting .some are very disappointing....

First,i need to do a ECG for an overweight indian lady..the breast are so big and the skin are so dirty ,like having some skin disease..there are so difficult for me to put on the lead!!but however i still can manage...after that when i going to remove the lead.the skin bleed!luckily i;m wearing glove!!i'm quickly clean all the leads..cause the ECG machine is reuse!!omg,so many ppl use the machine,u can imagine how clean is it??....end,speechless!!

Then,i go and do one CBD insertion for a MALE patient,after i preparing,our MM came,she ask,"can u do CBD for a male patient??I heard that u are not suppose to do!"
HAIZ... i keep quite!!My friend dada, she fight her back that"she had done one with our CI"..the she still talk talk ...non-stop!!hin...luckily,DR.K support us..what he said is true..nurses need to learn how to do male catherization,b'cau if emergency SN need to do,have no choice,patient 's life is more important!!then MM have nothg to said,only can agree with the DR lol!!Actually i have not much confident to do it..cause i'm 1st time!!k lol...try lol...must have the experience too!!
Dunno what wrong with me...i did everythg DR.also said wrong eh...but he still teaching me the cleaning technique(triangular way)is different than what we taught...but our MM there*^$&^#($..make me irritating only!!some more the tube can't in..is too big!!then, the Dr take over,he force & force..the tube in d...but is v tight!!So pity the patient..painful!!then change the smaller size(14)..finally fully in liao..but when the DR.K inflate..the tube burst and th!!dunno is funny or unlucky!!get shock!! the DR face are so funny!!beh tong...At Last,i'm trying the 3rd catheter,can in..but no urine!!haiz..cham!!what to do??i'm thinking...However,suddenly the urine gush out..OMG..my whole hand,mask..kena urine d~~ shock again!!then i faster connect the bag...still leaking...guan lai i didn't deflate the ballon!!hai..i'm so clumsy..hate myself!!feel so disappointing...cause ii make the patient so suffer!!_~unhappy ending~

after that...RED zone calling...run thr to see the case.. so many ppl thr..it's really an interesting case...A malay lady with 126 kg,super obesity+++,collapse..sent in by ambulance.Her abdomen are so big...if i;m short standing align with her..i only can see the abdomen,can't see her face!you can imagine how fat is her??..Due to so many expect ppl:DRs,MAs,MM,std...more than 10 ppl...so i only stand a site to observe,waiting for order..set line,take blood,ETT,o2,bagging,SPO2,Reflomat,ECG,CBD,NS drip.......at last ,got work to do liao...hehe^^preparing the drip.
*when the SN want inserting the CBD..really challenging!!need 3 -4 pl help in posiitin,then DR shock..APA itu pack in pt's perineal area..??orange colour eh!!shih...is a towel!!really smelly!!hin ki....~~
*the patient condition are very bad..even had intubation,but spo2 still dropping(65%-50%-40%),BP drop,change to MRB..luckily the Spo2 start increase.
Sodium bicarbonate 100ml in progress in 1 hour,Dopamine 10ml/hr increase to 15ml/hr,Midazolam..2 pai NS,Mannitol..running!observing......
*patient are sending to CT afterward.(thinking of bagging for her).but i can't go with her...haiz..our MM came again!!geram..she ask me to go to nebulizer corner..sien nia!!missed the chance again!!-end-
Next:4th finger TNS..fuyoh..really challenging...the malay aunty..her finger knocked by the wall storm..i also not sure what is that..but really serious...her finger keep bleeding nonstop..all the'isi' coming out..The SIM's MA..really skillfull..done 10++ stitches!almost using 1hours for suturing!
* pt are very hamble:keep on said that she are creating trouble to us..sorry,sorry,sorry!!

不懂为什么，看完一个朋友的blog之后，我也很想写出我最近的心情！！

今天一大早就上班了，如同前几天，我顺路载mia 去医院！

因为昨晚很迟才睡，所以我还是昏昏地。。

当我们到了医院，同学们都到达了。。

由于是我负责向老师问关于一些课业上的问题，

所以我就向他们汇报老师跟我说的话。

那就是下个星期六必须回校完成我们的task..

所有人都赞成了。。不过。。

只有他不行，他说有事情回家乡。

那我就问他不可以下次回吗？

他说他已经plan 很久了，不能换期！！

不过如果他没有达成这个task..他就要fail 了!

所以我说全班的人都可以make it,

我们不可能只为了他而叫老师换期的！！

顿时，mia 急着打signal跟我说我说错话了！

应该是我说活的方式很直吧。。常常得罪人都不知道！

他不爽我。。

过后他就不想跟我说话了。

真开心，每年的天公诞又到来了！

每年的今天，我家的大大小小都会忙着准备丰盛的供品.

虽然我在这里过了十几年的天公诞，

不过我还是会很期待，我的家人也是！

他们都会换上新衣新鞋，等着时机良辰得到来！

姓周桥欢庆天公诞可说是全槟最热闹和最有历史。。

许许多多的信友都会前来一起祭拜，

不只信友，许多华人和游客都会茂名而来观看。

接近十时左右，整个桥上都会挤满了人。

虽然当天有很多人，不过我还是觉得不是很热闹，

因为许多朋友同学说好要来我家一起聚聚地，

都放了我很大的飞机，害我失望到极点！

那我只好找我表姐的孩子们一起玩了。。。

他们超可爱地的，我常常都会跟他们逗着玩！

然后，我就拿着我表姐的新照相机片拍啊拍啊，

看到什么就拍什么，还蛮过瘾的.

姓周桥拜天公的习熟是这样的，

桥民们都会把自己要供盛神明的东西。例如：

烧猪，鸡或鸭，糯米糕，水果，还有酒等等。。

摆放在已准备好的长长的神桌上，

然后开始祭拜。。。

还有一些信友会购买大大的龙香，

上面写着自己的名字，愿望，

希望神明会保佑，合家平安，生意兴荣等祝福语。

过后最精彩的重头戏，那就是舞龙和舞狮的表演，

还有连绵不断的鞭炮和烟花声，真是让人看得目不转睛。

之后，还有财神爷给红包。。。

最后，全桥最老的前辈就会代表来祈求神明，

如果求到胜杯，信民们就会开始烧天公金，

和准备收拾。。回家睡觉！

hehe..long time didn't see them,but they all still the same,still so funny!

今年的团圆饭比较特别，那就是和以往不同的人吃。。

她就是我的干外婆一家人，那是因为外婆不在槟城的关系

（还真的很想念外婆，已经两年没跟她过除夕夜了！）

当晚整桌子的“美味佳肴”，看了都令人流口水！！

不过吃过后还真的有点后悔，

那就是吃太多了，我的小小肚腩又开始突出与大家打招呼了！

在那里与干婆婆（她要我们叫她：婆婆）聊了一会儿，

才真的发现婆婆她老了，身体也不太好，不如从前了！

有点伤心，，，只能希望她身体健康了!!

不懂是不是自己想太多，总是什么事情都不顺！

烦恼1 大堆。。

心情不好。。

常常发脾气。

很多？？？？在我头上出现！

1。跟家人吵架

2。朋友之间的问题，常惹人生气！

3。金钱烦恼

4。学业问题

5。个人性格问题（粗心大意，懒惰）

今天真是倒霉透顶了，什么缞事都跑到我身上，不懂怎么形容，就是“不顺”

我，这个人真的糟透了!

--没主见，常常必须忍声吐气的。

--沟通能力又差，可能常常得罪人连我自己也不懂！

--真的好讨厌我的mind，什么事情都要胡思乱想。。自己给自己制造麻烦吧了！

虽然说我有很多朋友，到处都会碰见他一们，不过知心的没有半个。

我不贪心，真的希望上天能出赐给我一个！

因为我心里真的很孤单！！！

自从从practical回到学校上课，顿时觉得上课很无趣！天天老师们都在赶着教课，不过我好像什么都听不大能进脑。我想这应该跟学校有关吧!几个我喜欢的tutor都离职了！就觉得很没有读书的气氛！
回到家，‘懒虫又上身了’根本不想拿书出来温习。只会呆在电脑前发呆，不是看戏，就是上网。。。时间就这样浪费了！人人都说时间不过用，不过我却有时间不知怎么用！！
其实我也知道是我懒惰，那又怎么办呢？我的大脑就是不听话。。。
哎！
是时候反省了，不能再怎样白白把时间浪费掉了！我必须把时间当钱看，这样我就不会舍得浪费了！哈哈。。你说对吗？
今天还不错，我在家做了晚餐！从卖材料到煮都是我一手包办，虽然煮饭水放得有点多，有点淡，但是还蛮香的！还有待改进。

还有今天老师教关于reproductive system，生小孩真的很神气。小孩是老天爷赐给每位父母亲的礼物，不过还是有些父母不珍惜，想尽办法要打掉！就因为一次不小心就要把一条生命杀死，真是人生无常啊~但偏偏一些想要怎么求都求不到呢！

ms.tan 要走了！不懂怎样，我又激动地哭了，连鼻涕也塞住了我的鼻子。今天突然得知消息说跟我们关系超好的tutor要离开了，一时听到这个消息我不知所措，突然呆了一下，不懂该说些什么。过了一段时间，心情稍微平静了。怎么知道，读着她的部落阁，上面写着一些她对我班的心情时，感动了我！原来我们在她的心中是这样的，我们这群不懂事的小鬼是这么伤脑筋的。不知什么时候开始，我班就变成全校就难搞的一班，出了名坏蛋！因为我班有两大派'MCA'and 'MIC,非常不和！她要走了，我们的关系非常好，远远超出一般师生关系，是朋友！我从她身上学习到很多东西，不只是课业上的，还有很多人生道理，获益不浅！谢谢你ms.tan！我会尽力把我班的关系打好，成功后让你知道！希望我们一起为我们的未来打拼，还有我的朋友们也是一样，一起顺利毕业，当一个好护士！感恩咯了！

Yesterday,friday is my last day practical before holiday.Actually i should very happy and relax,but very unlucky i have a accident !!!

After the clinical,i was going to JPJ in bukit jambu with my motorcycle.i not really famillar going there,i round and round the road,and try to find out where is the JPJ.frm 2.30pm i reach the area of bukit jambu.45mins after.... i just reach JPJ.And you know the weather in penang ,it's very hot and that times my mood was very bad alraedy.Somemore in JPJ it's full of people,i need to wait for 30min at there n jz finish renew my P lesen.Then i leave there.

The accident is happen at somewhere the PESTA ,a black can trying to turn into the SHELL petrol station,i just ride behind her car at the left side.Maybe we are too close,n she have a signal to turn to the left ,but i want to go straight.She slow down her car and start to turn and can't control my bike speed,i'm seeing my bike going to knob her car,then i press the hon very hard and try to have a emergency break.However,it's too late d.my bike itself terjatuh,and i also have a simple wound at my right albow n my leg n my buttock also have "black green"there.Althought i'm alright,but my ex5 are very teruk.my right side and my handbreak break to the half.vry lucky my motor's body still 'hao hao'.

the driver stop her car and come down to talk with me......................................after discussing,i hope her will gv me abt rm50 to repair my motor.She also agree n she gv me extra rm20 and total is rm70.haha-.-
